I had a really great stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was perfect. It was near the downtown area, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit the nearby mall. The rooms were clean and had a good view from the windows. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was okay.

Well, basically I booked the room for my younger brother who lives in the country, and I have been a loyal customer to Booked.net. It was his first time checked in a hotel by himself, and for his first time experience- sake. I was quite shocked when my brother texted me that one of the receptionist was about to charge him another Rp. 100.000,- because of late check-in (which he was arriving at around 1500 hrs, which I consider a normal check in hrs after 1400 hrs, and my brother was just like someone who lost in translation, he even just took his words for granted and decided to step out of the hotel instead of checkin-in), I did tried to rectify this with local Booked.net agent and even I telephoned the hotel itself. Because it was very odd to me! At the hotel, one of the male receptionist answered the call, and I was trying to explain the situation why they were about to charge him extra money for that. The male receptionist kept cutting off wot I was trying to explain, and I even didn't get the chance to it finish off, and he kept denying. As a matter of the fact I know my own brother and he is real an honest lad. He meant wot he said. Well I know the local culture, but they (management) need to get all the employees disciplined! And not making money in such way outside their official salary!!

service in the restaurant was terrible and the staff were very unhelpful. not good value for money. no tea or coffee facilities in the room. surfaces in the room were dusty.

Great AC in the smoking room and nice budget option for smokers. the hotel is in a convenient location and has friendly staff.

The shower situation needs improvement as water leaks and floods the area. the hot water is not always reliable and the cleanliness could be better.
